No one is going to be able to keep Hitsu from doing something stupid without serious kidou. Sauce had to lock the clinic room door and use force to keep Hitsu there when Hinamori died. Now Hinamori, Rei, AND Sasuke will have all died at one point or another. He's going to be nigh unstoppable without knocking him out cold.
