Helen would have gotten the hospital up into an actual working medical facility and anyone who wants to learn any amount of medicine / help out would be welcome. Physically, she hasn't aged at all, so she still looks roughly 35-40. Chronologically, she's now 169, though very few will have gotten this out of her.

If anything about Helen has changed at all, it's likely that she's even more withdrawn and secretive about her personal life and things that happened in her past back home. She'll likely have kept Ami, Elena, Akito, and Violet under her wing (and probably Xion, too) -- Akito until he's old enough to manage to live outside the hospital, seeing as she's aiming to get it into less of a residence and more of a business. Minus the money thing. And she'd check up on any of her positive current CR, to be sure they're doing well.
