In the case of characters with an affinity for Time Travel and/or Time based powers, would they be able to tell the actual passage of time both inside and outside the dreamscape - and inside the dreamscape, would they possibly have the ability to sense the twisting of time that Cinis has done more easily than others?

Also, because of the time distortion, would those with time powers be able to use them temporarily for the duration of the event?

I'm thinking of Link here for outside the dreamscape (use of the Sun's Song and Song of Time potentially), but there may be others with similar powers and affinities related to time and it's manipulation in the game that I'm not aware of personally that this could apply to.
