While Anko will not be awake, her bar will be open. She's put up several wards and guarding spells around the place, so while it will eventually fall to the ravages of the Animus in the city, it should hold up for a little longer than unwarded buildings.

This means, in essence, it might be a good place to put sleeping people all in one place, for easier care and handling. There's also food, water, etc. (including booze, I guess, if you want it) for the people who are awake.

Are there other places like this that can be used as strongholds? The clinic, for instance?
