For anyone awake during the Dreamscape event, Cross Church has running water, at least. Also, Duo has managed to fix up a single power drill and found a couple of batteries for it so it can be used for boarding up windows. There will be a duffel bag tucked away in the Church that has the drill, at least two batteries, and a patched up charger for the batteries (just beware of the loose tools and broken bits from other things he's working on). As well, there is some food and clothes from the red balloon event that never got handed out, so those might come in handy, too.
