Do their outfits change during their transformation sequence? Into their "Magical Girl" outfits? If so, do they revert back to their usual wear once they transform back.

Also, do their outfits have to be girl outfits? Or can they have more male outfits with all the frills and bows? I would like to do something like Star Driver transformation sequence and type of outfit, but I'm not sure if it's allowed.

Oh! And about their new powers. Is there a certain type of power (elemental?) that they get, or can we give them any new power we want? What about their main weapons? Do they change also get a make-over with sparkles and all that jazz?
