JANE is not the strongest, does not have much training, is not the fastest, and really is not suited for the battlefield. She will do her best to defend others and herself, and will be like those who try to tell others that not killing is necessary. More than likely, if someone really wants to, they can mess with her, chase her around, and then kill her. I won't mind her dying.
SPOCK is gonna find the limits for his strength and that interesting, and he will be testing them a bit. He, of course, will not kill unless he absolutely has to and there is no other choice for him. Saying that, he has had a lot of training, is more than used to surviving in hostile conditions, and can kick some ass. Not to mention the Vulcan nerve pinch. It totally works.
So yeah! I am up for either one or both of them dying or surviving, but they will not likely kill anyone. Jane because she can't and Spock because he won't.
