2) Whatever's behind the door is up to the player, as long as it's relevant to something the character wants to keep secret! If they have a lot of secrets to keep, it could be a continuous stream of memories or information, some kind of mirror-maze of different images representing the secrets, doors within doors -- whatever structure the player prefers.
