You say you don't accept linked applications. If a personality section is extraordinarily long but the rest of the app isn't, can that be linked externally within the body of the application? So hosted elsewhere, like on a gdoc or an LJ entry, but the application itself posted as a proper comment thread the way it's supposed to be.
