Characters show up here with what they have with them. Would that include what they're currently rolling on a personal luggage cart?

See, I'm taking them from a point in history when the character's trying to pack up some of their 'essentials' and slip out of their apartment building quietly. So they'd be leaving with what they could bring along with them in that time.
