Nah, I believe Lily's his wife in this case (no surprises there?), though I really don't want him cheating on her because that's just not Snape... Maybe a one night stand before he and Lily got married = Tom?

Or, you know, Tom could just be Uno's and be adopted from an orphanage or something?
