She's supposed to turn 16 in a few days. But considering the time Arthur comes from, it's still acceptable, yes?

Will he court her? XD Because I honestly don't know how Raven would react to that... But it could lead to totally cracked up situations. XD

LOL oh man, and idk exactly but we'll just assume that it's acceptable.

...Arthur is kind of a failget at courting unless he has a love spell put on him, and even then, he's even MORE of a failget ("IT IS DESTINY, MY LOVE! DESTINY...AND CHICKEN!").
