Pre-Compression ( 04/08 - 04/14 ) Buildings stand perfect, pristine, and totally abandoned. Lights flicker, lifts work sometimes and if you can find a radio or television all it repeats is the last few seconds of something, over and over again. Computers only display the page they were on, vehicles stand silent and unmoving. Weird flickers in the corners or your eye, like you just missed seeing something--or someone. The world of Adstringendum is as it was, seconds before compression. Note: Anything kept on your character when the event ends will be 'recompressed', meaning you might end up with a laser gun with a can of peas melded into the middle. Useful, no, but still cool, right?

Ten Years Later ( 04/22 - 04/28 ) Suggested by Kisa Flash forward, it’s ten years into the future of Adstringendum and you've been here all this time! What's happened over the years? Events, deaths, new friends, old enemies, marriages, all the dramatic and mundane happenings of the city, not to mention those older faces. After all, ten years is enough time for the scientists to have finally managed to fix that pesky time-compression problem somewhere along the way, right? The whole city (people, buildings, animals) are older now; ten years of history in Adstringendum. What have you been doing?

I think it would be a lot like mix between what he has with the great dragon. There would be the snark, the advice, the moments where they're just talking quietly. But Merlin would have absolute faith in Snape the way Dumbledore did. No matter what happened, he'd see the best in him.

I really think it would be a talk of equals even as Merlin's power continues to grow in leaps and bounds.

Anko will be nearing 40, playing poker and having Ladies nights with Riza, Kuukaku and... anyone of that age and gender about. Also in a fairly stable OT4 (at least), with many thingson the side. A little less of a terror, but still around.

Hinamori's garden will be FUCKING AMAZING with fruit trees and veggies and all. It's the Pride of Adstring, srsly. She will have been dating Renji for several years but that will be on the verge of falling apart because he still really has feelings for...

Rukia, who will be indisputable mistress of Traverse Garden and settling into her role as lieutenant quite nicely indeed, having said something other that 'absolutely yes' (it was more like 'ehhh? what?') to Renji when he finally worked up the balls to confess.

Ron will be twenty-nine and be an old shop owner, yep. He's also probably been helping out keeping buildings reconstructed around the area since he really likes doing that. And he's... no longer the awkward nineteen year old boy.

Hotaru is roughly nineteen and bffs with Chibiusa and Yuma! And getting asked on dates by Luca. /o/ Otherwise, she's still playing the violin, figuring out how to be a nurse in this stringy place, but... generally, overall, still the same if a little more in tune with the world. She also probably still lives with the Senshi!

Xion is roughly twenty-five physically while just over eleven chronologically. Assuming she continued learning under Aqua, she has better control over her Keyblade and such! She's taken to dissecting every book she can get her hands on and... c'mon... she should get some silly love interest at least for a bit! BUT OTHERWISE. Nope. That's pretty much it. She's found her own place and doesn't know if she could return to Sora if she had a choice now... And may have moved into one of the abandoned tree houses.

Possibly? I need to do some thinking to figure out how he got his memories back in the future and how the timeline for this month will work. Up until now I've been thinking that nothing Will TRIES to do will work completely, since that's very much against how his kind of magic works. That, if I follow how he got his memories back in his canon, it would almost have to be something like an accidental magical shock. Possibly a side effect of someone trying something?
