Pre-Compression ( 04/08 - 04/14 ) Buildings stand perfect, pristine, and totally abandoned. Lights flicker, lifts work sometimes and if you can find a radio or television all it repeats is the last few seconds of something, over and over again. Computers only display the page they were on, vehicles stand silent and unmoving. Weird flickers in the corners or your eye, like you just missed seeing something--or someone. The world of Adstringendum is as it was, seconds before compression. Note: Anything kept on your character when the event ends will be 'recompressed', meaning you might end up with a laser gun with a can of peas melded into the middle. Useful, no, but still cool, right?

Ten Years Later ( 04/22 - 04/28 ) Suggested by Kisa Flash forward, it’s ten years into the future of Adstringendum and you've been here all this time! What's happened over the years? Events, deaths, new friends, old enemies, marriages, all the dramatic and mundane happenings of the city, not to mention those older faces. After all, ten years is enough time for the scientists to have finally managed to fix that pesky time-compression problem somewhere along the way, right? The whole city (people, buildings, animals) are older now; ten years of history in Adstringendum. What have you been doing?

She'll be creepy and odd (instead of just odd), but probably still like him. Somewhere. Or at least remember that she did, and be trying to poke her way into understanding it.

Also Hitsu could handle getting swatted at by her Hedonist body trying to scrape out (heron/scorpion thing). She wouldn't actually intend to hit him with it.

I'd sort of love her to attack someone and try to take some of their organs to stuff in herself. ;~; She's not strong, though, she'd have to go after a normal human.

I sort of think Kurotsuchi, at least, will have gone back and forth between almost hating Break, and getting along with him pretty well, a dozen more times. :x

Logan will be nearing 40 and... not all that different. Grey hair, defined frown lines. He's still a cantankerous, crusty slug, quiet and withdrawn on a personal level, but maybe not as bad? IDK. I image he got involved with the city to some degree too, but not sure how? Still wanting out, but no success with achieving that. ANYWAY. No relationships for him ever, but he's managed to patch things up with his sister somewhat. I'm so bad at this stuff.

CUE MORGANA IN HER S4 LOOKS BUT MORE MATURE/SAD/LESS CRAZY/PERHAPS REDEEMED?!

Jr. is almost 40, but looks 25. He's now 6'3" and has an actual gunblade that Sephiroth commissioned for him from one of the alchemists. His Red Dragon power has gotten even more powerful, but he controls it a bit better than he did when it was still weak. Since the difference between his real and physical ages isn't as significant anymore, he's likely to flirt at least a bit with most people. Because of Things I have plotted, he's noticed his morality slipping and stopped it, so he hasn't gotten much more unstable...just a bit more frustrated that this is still going on. He and Albedo switch out on whims, so you never know which one is going to be out at any given time. Albedo's mellowed out a bit, but is still deliberately obnoxious and his mental stability comes and goes. For the most part, he doesn't do anything really horrible because he has a constant chaperon, but talking to him can be a bit unsettling when he's in his less stable phases. Maybe he's gotten his hands on a decent piano and shown Adstring his own musical talent?

Ulquiorra has kept edging toward acting more human and understands his emotions a lot better by now. Something or another has prompted him to finally admit he has friends, though he's still something of a wet blanket despite the dry, teasing sense of humor he picked up from said friends. He might know how to smile now, however. He's also gotten better with his second release and can actually, you know, hit things with his Lanza De La Relampago. He's also probably a bit less wary of the Shinigami, except any of them that have stubbornly refused to believe that he's one of the good guys now. And he is, even though he hates getting dragged into saving Adstring every now and then. But he has friends to protect now, so playing hero it is.

I was thinking another family event to cement ties that may have developed somewhere along the line. Or a grab-bag event that includes family event, something. Also some sort of personality switch/morals dropping/inhibitions dropping/negative traits enhancing thing.
