Pre-Compression ( 04/08 - 04/14 ) Buildings stand perfect, pristine, and totally abandoned. Lights flicker, lifts work sometimes and if you can find a radio or television all it repeats is the last few seconds of something, over and over again. Computers only display the page they were on, vehicles stand silent and unmoving. Weird flickers in the corners or your eye, like you just missed seeing something--or someone. The world of Adstringendum is as it was, seconds before compression. Note: Anything kept on your character when the event ends will be 'recompressed', meaning you might end up with a laser gun with a can of peas melded into the middle. Useful, no, but still cool, right?

Ten Years Later ( 04/22 - 04/28 ) Suggested by Kisa Flash forward, it’s ten years into the future of Adstringendum and you've been here all this time! What's happened over the years? Events, deaths, new friends, old enemies, marriages, all the dramatic and mundane happenings of the city, not to mention those older faces. After all, ten years is enough time for the scientists to have finally managed to fix that pesky time-compression problem somewhere along the way, right? The whole city (people, buildings, animals) are older now; ten years of history in Adstringendum. What have you been doing?

Botan's actually been learning to self heal! So with some help, that could probably be fixed up really nicely. Either with Unohana or Helen co-oping the healing process and there might barely be a sign!

The death is definitely going to happen either years 3 or 4. Not all the details have been planned, but I'm working on it slowly. Good news is that she won't forget anyone? :D

well there's always that. and sob, by that point Raphael will just fall in a puddle of her feels. Which here has the meaning of proceed in business as usual because NOTHING IS FUCKING WRONG SHUT UP until she snaps and breaks something.

Hmmmm. The TYL event comes right at the end of the semester for me, so maybe we can do a log after? Like, where Raven comes around, having remembered the ten years that never happened, because the Taj Mahal is a... habit... now. Hawkward.

plus, during the ten years Raphael won't actually need to meditate, since she won't have the urge-to-kill-rising problem from the Hellfire

Works for me. And yeah, Raven'd totally come because Raphael had told her she could even before the event and yeah, it's become a habit. I'll set the log the week after then and no worries about slow tagging or backtagging, okay?

Oh, right. But just one question: the event week itself takes place on the tenth year, right? So Raphael's already cured at that point... Or did I misunderstand that?

Then I think I'm gonna say Father for a change. And yay for teaching (I realize Snape is gonna be teaching half of Adstring XD)! One of Raven's achievement is to become a potion master. But she'll still consider him as her teacher anyway ;)

Wellllll, I knew there was a reason I saved this comment!

After talking in the new post, I think there might be something for Kida to squawk about! Here you can find a little information if you're open to looking. I can summarize it quickly, though: Lily Walker's going to have a nervous breakdown and go around kissing people with her toxic lips, so perhaps that's what Kida can see and take wrong?

What do you think? Would that work? I figure if it does, they can commiserate on relationship drama after Kida has his issues and rekindle their friendship after Sokka apologizes for being so butthurt for no real reason.
