Pre-Compression ( 04/08 - 04/14 ) Buildings stand perfect, pristine, and totally abandoned. Lights flicker, lifts work sometimes and if you can find a radio or television all it repeats is the last few seconds of something, over and over again. Computers only display the page they were on, vehicles stand silent and unmoving. Weird flickers in the corners or your eye, like you just missed seeing something--or someone. The world of Adstringendum is as it was, seconds before compression. Note: Anything kept on your character when the event ends will be 'recompressed', meaning you might end up with a laser gun with a can of peas melded into the middle. Useful, no, but still cool, right?

Ten Years Later ( 04/22 - 04/28 ) Suggested by Kisa Flash forward, it’s ten years into the future of Adstringendum and you've been here all this time! What's happened over the years? Events, deaths, new friends, old enemies, marriages, all the dramatic and mundane happenings of the city, not to mention those older faces. After all, ten years is enough time for the scientists to have finally managed to fix that pesky time-compression problem somewhere along the way, right? The whole city (people, buildings, animals) are older now; ten years of history in Adstringendum. What have you been doing?

He'll have taken care of Jesse for the past decade, so Adstring will have his not-offspring on their hands. He and Jinx don't talk, ever, as she's one of the good guys.

That's about all I have so far.

been toying with the idea of making yuca have BSOD'd somewhere in the ten year span and be utterly borked for the event. Should Luci have had a part in it?

Hmm... so Snape will kind of be taking on a father/uncle-ish role to Jinx, would that affect their CR/how will their CR have changed between now and then?

And Urahara and Lucifer things?

Jinx and Lucifer are going to crash and burn pretty horribly. Right now in game time they're thiiis close to being done...so Snape will be well within his rights to hate Lucifer over any and all damage done to Jinx. (Although Luce will still offer to work with him on some things).

And for Ura...where would he be with the hellfire?

I think that might depend on when they crash and burn. If it's earlier in the ten years, Snape probably won't care too much. He knows Lucifer is horrible anyway. /git

Judging from Amy's plurk, will have fixed it. Still foggy on which year. Probably Year 5?

It's pretty much happening in game time right now, but I think Jinx was going to be kind of recovering from that for a while. And Lucifer is glad Snape is cool with it B)

That sounds good! Lucifer...will be so, so glad. Even if he doesn't really show it. Because it also means there's hope for his brother to get healed! Though there will still be bitter jealousy on top of that. So. Complicated things? XD

He'll care enough to wish that Jinx didn't have to have that go up in flames, but also realize that she learned an important lesson from that so in the end it all worked out, really. And he's not nearly stupid enough to try to 1) defend her honor and 2) defend her honor against Lucifer. So would it be a continuation of same old, same old in terms of working on projects and stuff?

Year 4/5: His own fixed
Year 6: Figures out how to translate it over to Raphael and manages to relieve a tiny bit of it for Lucifer? Also continues to work on it more between 6 and 10 with small drops of improvement for Lucifer?

XD That's why he likes you, Snape.

And that sounds good! I think by then it'll be very clear that Lucifer isn't doing it to heal himself, he's doing it so that there will be relief for Michael when he gets him out of the Cage. Which means that whatever else happens he'll be playing nice with Urahara to secure his help. Plus, with a little bit less chronic pain he won't be quite so hateful/will be easier to work with.

I think by that time, Urahara will probably be much more honest with Lucifer as well. The only times he'd really pull out the shopkeeper persona full force would be when he's trolling Lucifer because of something he did that Urahara didn't like.

I can see Urahara wandering over to wherever Lucifer is and flopping down and starting up philosophical discussions.

Will is 22, and knows exactly who and what he is. And has known of Lucifer for ten years. First excuse in game to play around with Will's Old One side, yes?

Oh, god, what would happen between Uriel and Lucifer? Not talking? I could see them having tea or something once a week, just to be friendly and not kill each other. XD

And Armand? It depends on what Lucifer's plans with him.

Lucifer would totally visit his brother :3 and sloooowly try to bring him into the league of prankster angels.

With Armand, he'll keep him close. He'd have him teach Jesse any useful tricks and skills he knows, too.

Oh dear, Uriel wouldn't make a bad prankster... /worried about falling forever though.

:3 Armand might slowly become a good pet then!
