Brief Description or Sample: Kaito is the father of Akito/Agito Wanijima and leader of the special police force called Windstorm G-Men. At first he was thought to be Akito/Agito’s older brother, but then it was revealed that he was in fact his Father. He has a tendency to treat them very harshly, such as physically abusing them. While it may seem that he has little regard for their wellbeing, that is far from the truth. Protecting them and making sure he doesn’t lose them like he lost their mother has always been first and foremost in his mind. That and getting revenge on the ones responsible for it, which is his main motivation throughout the series.

He is ruthless to his enemies and is nearly willing to do whatever it takes to stop them. Him being a cop does limit how far that is unless the circumstances allow for it. He is loyal to his comrades just like they are to him. Everyone on his special squad were members of a street gang that he ran. When he became a cop, they followed him. He is highly intelligent, getting into the top university in his country when he attended college. He shows this intelligence in a combat situation as well. He’s able to come up with plans or tactics fairly easily and can execute when without the enemy knowing.
