Just keep in mind that the prices will be quite painful. Anyone who dies winds up for a time (though they can't remember it) on the Animus' plane, and the Animus do not like their toys to be in there.

Okay, this is where I'm gonna get specific with a question.

The thing is, while having the Minotaur gone from his mind for a short while would be a bit like a breath of fresh air, the subsequent REEMERGENCE of the Minotaur would probably break him.

Does this count as painful, or does the pain need to be an immediate thing?

He's not suffering a loss during the event, in that case, and it wouldn't work. The Animus aren't subtle or patient. If they take, they take something that hurts now as opposed to later.
