A DIVINE TOUCH ( 11/10 - 11/16 ) Suggested by mellowyellow Adstringendum is now the city of the gods. Each affected resident of Adstring wakes up believing they have always been a deity with power over one aspect of the world (an element, a concept, an emotion, etc.) and that they have helped create Adstring and are working to rebuild it. Unfortunately, gods are fickle creatures and very little matters to them outside of what they rule. Good luck working together....

ATTACK OF THE KILLER TOMATOES ( 11/24 - 11/30 ) Suggested by heartofalion Someone's let the weeds out! This week, the Adstringendum plant life has a new life of its own. And it's more delicious than usual. Fruit trees, cornstalks, veggies and more are roaming the city, but not all of them like the idea of being dinner. Careful -- those plants might be fighting back.

For the Gods event, do they gain new powers to go with their aspect? And if so, do they lose their normal powers?

Yes! Characters may gain powers related to their aspect, and those will replace their normal powers. Also, keep in mind that the new powers will still be limited to traditional Adstring levels, since the Animus definitely don't want to be outdone by toys. c:

Hi, quick question for the Gods event!

Chaos will be the god of, well, Chaos. He'll be mostly messing up small stuff, but I was wondering if he maybe could do one big thing during the week like mess up the phases of the moons somewhat. So people who track them might notice there's something not quite right with the way they move, like one of them is now going backwards and the other one isn't where it should be in its cycle.

Quiiiick question, and apologies if the answer is stated somewhere already, though I haven't been able to find one, so...

Okay, if a character gets god powers of fertility/abundance (in terms of crops and the like, not sex [OR MAYBE THAT TOO]) would they be able to use it or would the Animus stop that, seeing it as a power that is too...powerful? Since they don't like to make things too easy, of course.

Question regarding the event. I'm having Zero take on the powers of Hades and have him believe the Underworld is basically his home. As keeper of the Underworld is it possible for him:

1) Call on dead spirits of people in Adstring? By that I mean, speak to them and basically order them around in the confines of his place of residence.

2) Have complete control of the Underworld (confined to his place of residence), so he may keep someone confined inside if he wills it?

Would it be possible for Izumi... not just for this event, but possibly in the future as well, create freaks that are only subconscious desires projected? I realized recently that this is a way for freaks to possibly exist in Adstring without being intelligent.

If they can't exist for long term, could they exist for the event?
